Glo-Brite 122Y lens

I am finding that this clearance light lens is no longer made so I need some help as to where I could get one or what did someone else use to replace the whole thing. The area or the indentation in the cap these fit into are essentially the same shape but slightly larger.

Thank you but I have seen a few on eBay. I'm not about to give some thief $130 or whatever he is asking. I took a cutting board and cut it to fit into the hole and replaced it with another lens that was similar. I appreciate it your info. Thanks!

It's only $20 for a very rare lens that someone else could need.

I didn't look at this particular one but a few months ago some guy had three left that he was getting $130 for. $20 would not have been so bad.
