Grounding wire run to frame under the panel, but if you looking for the shore power ground it goes to your panel, where all other ground wire come to the same ground buss .

Shore power works. Inside power works.
RV - body outside lights (e.g.-tail lights, turn signals & brake lights).
When applying the brakes or turn signals - odometer light flashes also. I took tail light lens off and grounded tail light to receiver hitch - everything worked properly. My question is where would I find ground strap to the right spot.

Could it be that you 7-pin connector isn't isn't grounded to the tow vehicle? If so just run a ground wire from 7-pin receptive on your pickup to the frame.
