Hanging closet in 2900

Would like to put a shelf in the middle of this closet so we can each have a section to put our clothes in. Is there any problem with putting screws into the wall to accomplish this?

You wanting to put screws into the exterior wall from inside the cabinet to secure the shelf? And we are talking about the wardrobe cabinet next to bed on passenger side, correct?

Build a frame inside the closet to support shelves. Holes for support pins will allow shelf height adjustment. Use cedar or redwood for strong but light frame.

There are no wires or anything running through the sidewalls, and I can't think of anything anywhere near that area that would create any issues. I seriously doubt a couple screws will harm the integrity of the wall, but I don't work in the warranty division, so I can't say for sure if you would be voiding the warranty or something. I personally would think as long as you make sure the screws used don't go all the way through the wall, you shouldn't have any problems. We screw the dinettes, cabinets and other things to the walls all the time. I can give you dimensions or anything else you ask for regarding this if you choose to go through with it.

Just another idea if you rather not use screws just yet.
