Thanks guys for Pics, I appreciate them!
Forbes: I guess it came with tow package, 7500# Hitch and wired up with 7 pin connector at the hitch. and prewired for the brake controller behind the cubby/coin holder. just plug in the controller with a pre wired cable, no spliceing wires etc. Downside not really any good spot under dash to put it because of leg/knee room. It would have been a nice (choice) to have the OEM controller and I think some switches (3) come on it for adding extras 12VDC items. My wife isn't fond of me adding on stuff in a vehicle
LOL.. like my amateur radio etc.... Its got to look original!! LOL
If anyone else has pics of their install I would be happy to see them, Not in a real hurry to install the controller.. I have the cable installed and I just have to figure which controller to use. I was going with the P3 but the RV dealer said it was way overkill for most applications so still haven't made up my mind. I have an OEM ford controller on My F-350 diesel Heavy Duty that I tow my T26Y Jayco toy hauler and it works great so I'm thinking maybe the original ford brake controller for the F-450 Super Duty Chassis/ 2860DS MH might be the way to go. Is anyone running that OEM controller on their MH?
Thanks
