help! manual crank for 2003 sunseeker slide?

Hoping someone can help. We have a 2003 Sunseeker and the slide isn't working. Checked batteries (we have power throughout the coach), checked parking brakes, checked ignition -- tried while both on/off -- nothing.

The owners' manual doesn't seem to indicate where to find the manual crank for moving it in/out -- does anyone know how to do that?

Typically the manual crank is below the slide out. There should be a shaft popping down below. Take out the cotter pin, put a ratchet on it and start cranking.
