Help.. Slide out problems

HELP..
Picked up my 2500ts yesterday... Today I went to close the closet slide and it only mover about a foot in or out.. almost seems like its out of alignment..

Is there a manual release.. is there a way to align it???

Nope.. only mover about 6-10 inches in or out... seems like it moves one side more then the other

Are there any lock out/in latches or rods?

Did you have anything stored under the slide or hanging on the slide arms.

Make sure something didn't fall behind the edge of the slide, like an umbrella, vacuum, etc. Anything that would get jammed behind would cause an issue.

Upon further inspection.. the slide topper tension is uneven. I do believe that it is out of alignment .. How can this happen? Is there a way I can fix it? I certainly cant drive with theslide out.. One day old.. I guess I will find out how good forrest river customer service is!!
