This is the same issue I had on my 3051s, sorry this is not just a seal, its the slide gear tower bracket. You must get this fixed properly, FR now uses rivets in the bottom three or four screw spots. The first time the fix was to install extra screws in-between the striped out ones. I had to have the complete tower replaced in the end. I must say that FR covered it under warranty even though I was out of factory warranty. Push your dealer to have this covered its not normal!!!

I took it apart this weekend. I was able to realign the piece that attaches to the wall and screw it down.

After I reinstalled everything I was able to drive the slide all the way out. I moved it in a couple inches and back out a few times to sync the motors. It seemed to work and the slide was even. Now it drives in about 5 inches and stops. It seems like the right motor is stopping a second or 2 before the left and they are getting out of synch. I was able to drive it all the way in but it kept stopping every few inches. Is there some kind of reset I need to do on the controller?

There is a thread on the forum that has a video from the slide manufacturer about how to reset your slide motors to synch. Good job!
