Hot line not hot

I have a 2013 sunseeker 2860ds on a 2012 chevy chassis ,the hot line from my 7 prong plug is not hot. I need to hook up to it to run a line back to my tow car to keep the battery from running down. looked at all the chevy fuses I could find. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know for sure from way over here, but some GM units have all the trailer wiring on the unit but not all wiring harnesses are attached to powered studs at the fuse box under the hood and on the driver's side. You might look for threaded studs with no wire terminals and nearby wiring harness ring terminals which are not attached.

Hot line not hot

Do not know if this is applicable. My GMC pickup is wired to charge but GM does not install the fuse. You may have the same situation. Research the internet or call your Chevy dealer and pose the question. Please post your findings.
