I haven't checked the voltage yet, but they won't hold a charge. Drove from NJ to NC and parked it for a week with the battery shutoff switch turned off. End of the week, batteries were dead. I haven't checked for parasitic draw, but with the main switch off, there shouldn't be much there.

Just ordered a pair of Interstate PRO-27M' least I'll know what I've got....

These are NO maintenance WET CELL dual-purpose batteries. Under the flat cover..if you pried it away you would see 6 valve mechanisms designed to releive pressure if overcharged or shorted...these are NOT fill holes.
Expected useful life of such batteries if not damaged by bad charging or discharging is perhaps 3 years.
If they are having a problem holding a charge once fully may be time for replacement. When you do this...consider getting TRUE deep cycle wet batteries in either 12V or 6V configuration.
My own preference is 12V for a pair...6V if you're going to have 4 and are into dry camping.

EDIT: Just saw your last post... you'll be fine with those...a big improvement over what you had. Suggest you get a clamp meter and check out your parasitic loads when you get them since you don't want to kill them if there is a load issue. Suggest storing with negative wire detached until you have a chance to do this.
