How to remove interior light fixture lens cover

I want to remove the lens without breaking it

On my unit I grab from both side and slide back and pull down. It slides towards vents.

Have a look at time frame 8:40, similar design

I can not see what type of bulb you have but it's either push in, turn left and pull out or just pull out.....

It has a flat base...tried pulling out...but didn't pull very by hard
