Hello we are newbies and are having trouble tuning our tv to ANY station:-)
Our system is a Jensen and the salesman said our antenna automatically tuned. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance

You need to go to settings on your tv and search stations.

Make sure you power up your antenna. Look on the left side of the upper cabinet where your tv is mounted. The red light sould be on. The go to the menu option on the remote and scroll to search for stations. Just wait until it finishes you will get plenty of station if your antenna is pointed properly

If you have multiple TV's, you probably have a switch box. Switch it to antenna and run a channel scan. The switch box supplies power to the antenna provided the switch box is plugged into a 12volt source.

On my 2016 3010DS there is also a power switch on the ceiling mounted antenna amp/rotation. So two switches that should both be on for best reception. You can leave the one on the ceiling on all the time and just turn off at the power panel when not using.

Our Sunseeker (sold it last Jan) but the tv (Jennsen )you needed to have the antenna turned on,Then go into the TV settings and have it do a search of avail channels,Took it about 5-10 minuets. It would come up with whatever channels were avail at that location..The next night if we had traveled another 300-500 miles I needed to do it again.
Now if you had connected to cable tv.you needed to turn off the antenna and again go thru the programming sequence again.
