HWH Levelers

I purchased my first RV, a 2014 Sunseeker 3010ds and absolutely love it. We've had a great time with the family going on trips. I've learned a ton from these forums as well. We had HWH levelers installed at the dealership and they worked well the first few times on auto. The last few trips I've noticed that when I'm parked and begin extending the levelers that the alarm begins sounding. There wasn't an excessive slope either, almost flat ground. Just curious if this is possibly an easy fix. I'm trying to avoid taking it back to the dealership even though it's under warranty because last time they had the RV for way too long.
Thank you..

Levelers

Make sure the camper is in park. I read that if you start the camper with the jacks down, and alarm will sound.
