I keep running into a slide...

2014 Sunseeker 2500TS, the one with the rear bedroom slide.

I've had lots of RVs with slides, and have never had this problem b4 of spacing out a slide's presence and walking right into it. The side slides are not a problem, just something about the height and placement of this rear slide. Last trip I was squatted near the rear storage hatch, and stood up right into the slide with the top of my head. Neck's still sore. Yes, I know it's completely my doing.

I'm looking for an effective way to visually keep this slide in my awareness. Any experiences or ideas?

We've tried hanging small windsocks from suction cups, somewhat effective. I need to flag the area under this slide so that I notice it when my mind's elsewhere.

Or maybe I'll wear a helmet. Get myself on YouTube.

Pipe insulation is already split and has adhesive. Cut a 90° notch and glue it together and form a nice, neat 90° corner.
