I just completed running 120v power to my dinette slide out, I changed out the Jensen television to a Samsung Smart TV, even through an inverter, it uses only 2 amps of 12v power (24watts) compared to the 50-60watts of the Jensen and it is 1080p plus networked apps!
To get the power to the slide, I spliced in a flexible 14awg cord from the 120v outlet under the kitchen sink, ran it under the cabinet where the waste basket is, along the outside wall in the corner, under the slide to the dinette bench nearest the driver seat where all the other wires come up through. I added a duplex outlet under the seat (for future satellite receiver) and a duplex outlet in the leg panel of the dinette for general use. I used the TV 12v feed wire (no longer need them) as a pull cord to pull the 14awg cord up to behind the TV where I added a receptacle for the TV.

I also would like to do this. How did you get the wire through from under the slide. I cannot seem to reach a hole where the wires go through. Forgive the question, but handyman I am not.

DW did not want to use the countertop cut out for trash so I decided to take the outside cabinet over I use it for storing my shore power cable and EMS surge protector also the gray box on bottom left I ran an additional power cord that I plug into the 20amp outlet on the pedestal to this GFCI outlet than ran 3 additional outlets off of it, 2 in kitchen so DW can use coffee pot or toaster oven with out drawing power from the 30amp Coach power also one in bathroom to plug in hairdryer when needed again not having to worry about drawing power off coach

I started pushing the cable through the hole in the bottom of the slide with the rest of the cables, pushing in the direction I wanted it to go. If you remove the trim molding and kick panel at the floor between the dinette seats, you can see under the slide to retrieve the cable. I routed the cable towards the wall avoiding the large limit bracket under the slide that could be a pinch point. I ran the slide in and out to verify the cable was safe when the slide operates.

Fan

Need to have a fan breeze when sleeping but it is pretty tight around the bed for a stand fan so we came up with our version of ceiling fan works great and DW is Happy

It’s actually plugged into the 110 outlet by the USB didn’t think about a 12v fan till this morning. Wire runs up behind the accordion door in the ceiling track. when I get home from my trip I will clean it up a little more

Looks like a great solution. How did you attach fan to the ceiling? Looks very clean. We have been looking into getting a fan for some air movement at night.

If you get a 12v fan there is a brown/white wire tucked behind the vent garnish on the door side. It is there for a power vent upgrade. 12v 5 amps.

I used one of the white screws that hold the vent shroud on to ceiling drilled a small hole in the fan base. Drilled an additional hole on the other side of the fan base a put an additional screw into ceiling there the trim molding is

Will have to see if there is a good 12v fan that can be used
