I like the fan idea for sleeping. We currently use a table fan on the bathroom counter blowing toward the bedroom.
I'm curious if anyone has tried the 12 volt fan solution. Most 12 volt fans are very noisy so I'm reluctant to get one.

Depends on your definition of “fan”. I put a MaxxFan 6 Thousand series fan in the vent opening. Its reversible and has 12 speeds plus a thermostat control and it is 12v.

I just received the 12v fan Ducky was showing with a quick hook up into the 12v outlet by TV this fan blows more air than the present one I have installed. Will be going to Ft Wilderness next week that will be one of my projects while I am there to switch out will let everyone know. The one I have installed now works great at night just moving air a a breeze while sleeping.

Outside TV Bracket
DW and I like to watch TV in morning and evening and Sunseeker didn’t have outside TV. Purchased sliding TV mount and suction cup glass carrier from Amazon $30. Screwed 1/2 bracket to back of TV and bolted other 1/2 to suction cup handle works great.

Those mods look nice. I especially like the little shelves on the angle wall in the water closet.

I looked closely at a Georgetown, a few days ago. It made me appreciate the beauty of these (2801, 2800 QS). Except for being a few feet too short, I think ours is better laid out overall. I will have to look at one with the dark wood finish, but looking made me glad I got one of these before they discontinued it. Mod on!

My 2800 mods
I finished a couple mods to my 2800. First was to split the pullout pantry into individual drawers, add backs to the drawers, and rods to keep things inside. I found some woodgrain contact paper that matched the cherry finish and wrapped thin wood panels for the sides. I reused the top panel to make the top corners of each drawer after sawing the pullout into sections.
Second mod was to open up the outside storage compartments over the cab that were nailed shut on my 2015 model. There is a lot of space in there so I carpet lined the cavity due to its odd shape and hinged the doors.

I was wondering how much room was behind those cabinets that the doors were nailed shut. May have to look into that.

While I had the right side open, I relocated the overhead light switch into the overhead panel just above where it has been since the wires were protruding into the newly opened up cavity. There are a few wires passing through the areas but those are easy to move to the corners.

The hinge on the trash lid is brilliant, another one for my list.

Backsplash
DW wanted some separation from kitchen and dinette. Water splashing from sink and items accidentally falling off back of counter. She loves the solution. Easy mod

Bubble in roof
Has anyone had an issue where the fiberglass roof panel sheeting has started to delaminates from structure board. I have a small area where it flexes about 1/4” bringing it to dealer for inspection mid December

I did have an area that flexed slightly when I walked on it, but I did not give it much thought. My major problem was egg shelling. The roof was replaced and I had RV Armor applied.
