Inside Heat

Is the inside heat operated on electric when plugged in or does it always operate on propane? We have a Sunseeker 2014 and LOVE IT!

Mine is always propane. 12 volt so it doesn't have to plugged it to work. Most people by a electric heater and use it to heat camper. Its free heat when at a campground and save your propane.

Just check the amp rating on the heater you buy, too big and it will pop your camper breakers. Especially if you use something on the same circuit.
You could run an extension cord from the 20 amp pedestal plug to the electric heater. Just throwing out info for ya.
We enjoy winter camping around here!

We have the heat pump option on our Sunseeker. It works only when plugged in or when the generator is running. We also have the propane furnace that can be used without being hooked up.

Check your thermostat to make sure. The very last setting on the left of it would say heat pump. If it does not you do not have the heat pump option.
