Interior light switch

I'm camphosting at a state park a guy comes in with a rental SS and we can't get 12 volt things to work... Lights, range vent, etc. We can get the lights working in the bed and bath. Any help out there??

I met him when I had to stop him from hitting the highway with awning deployed LOL

Do the 12 volt items work when plugged into shore power? If so, is the battery disconnect turned on?

If the convertor is not working, 12 volt items would work off the chassis engine but not the shore power or the generator. Try starting the engine. You should shortly hear a click in the battery control center beside the steps. That's the relay connecting the chassis 12 volt system to the coach 12 volt system. If this makes stuff work the convertor could be bad or the fuses on the convertor could be blown.

The battery selector switch at the door is turned "on". I'll try starting the engine (after they're up) plus find and look at the dist. panel.
