There is a reset button. Bottom left I think. Push with a paper clip.

Also soft reset is hold Nav/off button anot 10 sec. Radio should restart or so I am told.
Four months of resets and upgrades with continues problems. Saving pennies for new Kentwood unit. Others as well as friend have done it and are pleased.

Dealer installed upgrade under warranty. Sadly it did not work. Seems when one situation corrected, another occurs.
Priority to get supplemental braking for toad then new unit to replace Magnadyne.
Kentwood available from local auto audio store. Saving pennies. Shame there are so many problems with this unit. And unit needs to be removed to update maps which also costs $$$
WallyWorld GPS with lifetime map upgrades downloadable. From computer for free
