My roof was nasty... its been about a year since I pressure washed it... traveling all over has created some build up.

Don't forget me lucky charms!
What a bright difference a shiny clean roof makes. What cleaner do you use?

Simple Green is what I used... I let it soak on it for about 15 minutes.

The roof and the run down stains under the windows, decals & lights are the biggest pain to get clean.

Do you dilute it or full strength?

I'm anal about awning and toppers and "you know where"is the easiest place to clean them so I try to give the roof a little touch up for berries and bird drops
I like that pressure washed look though
I'm gonna do it after my Florida trip in October

I don't dilute... Simple green is not as strong as some of your other "chemical" degreaser..

The hardest parts to get clean are the vent covers and a/c unit... they are a bear but the pressure washer gets them nice and white.
