Jensen TV not working
You guys are awesome! We just started with a new to us 2017 Sunseeker 3100ss. From reading through this forum we've been able to figure out so many of our mysteries!
So one we can't figure out is how to work the TV, on shore power or gen. Its plugged in at TV and under the radio closet with the car charger wire. Tried all 3 included remotes and the power button. Tried a different car charger adapter to see if it was that but no. It was on and worked when we picked it up from the dealer. I didn't jot down any magical sequence. At a loss! Thanks!!

We are in an older coach where our jenson is 12 volt. Is yours? If so the red light should come on at the plug when in a live socket... step one...

Assuming 'car charger wire' means the TV is a 12V DC model and connected to an automotive style 12V DC outlet the first step would be to make sure the outlet works. Plug in a phone car charger, GPS or something else that is running off the 12V outlet and see if that works. If not check fuses, battery disconnect.

Even with power by thergeman I cant say that the red light may not still work with a bad fuse in the plug end (you have to unscrew the tip to get to the fuse, remember how you disesembled it). Its raining here or I would have to go the coach to see, but really I am busy watching the smoker on hour 4 doing ribs ......
Once power is confirmed at the plug check that the 12 volt is pluged into the tv. You should then have a red light on the tv showing it in stand by mode and reay to go.
May want to check the jenson website about your model.

It is 12v. The red light on the original TV plug was not lit so I tried one of my phone chargers and that one did light up. I also grabbed an alternate 12v plug we had with an end that fit the TV and saw nothing from the TV. So the outlet is live. I'm looking for a different wire that will allow us to test the TV. Weird because I did see it working before winter, then nothing once we opened her back up for use.

The 12 volt plug for the may a fuse in it. Most are accesed by unscrewing a collar around the metal tip of the plug. Typically there will be the metal tip, the screw collar, spring, and fuse.

Glad you found it in the plug. My 08 Sunseeker’s forward TV by the bunk quit working in a similar fashion. I got frustrated enough that I pulled it off the wall, opened the back looking for a fuse in the power circuit. Just out of sheer luck I was checking all the ribbon cables and low & behold, all the bouncing and josseling around had loosened up the main power cable - pushed it back into the socket and it came to life...who would have ever guessed! 😂

you are corect
there is a dedicated fuse for the tv itself, behind the tv
and a main fuse in the fuse panel for the circuit that the tv is shared on

Also the plastic tipped power cables (12v) had some trouble melting a few years back (mines a 2013). I called Jensen and they shipped me new ones for all of my tvs with metal tips.
Great customer service.
