king control vq2100 portable satellite antenna in Sunseeker 3120ds

Has anyone got this to work thru the cable connector in the electrical / sewer hookup compartment (using dish receiver). Has any got it to work not going thru cable connection? I can not get the satellite controller to work. HELP

Make sure the power antenna is not on.

Also if you have a switch box, that has been known to cause interference.
