Based on other threads, most do not but a few do.
As long as you let the set warm up before powering it on it should be fine in cold weather.

A few other threads in here discussing this very topic, and it's a mixed bag of answers. I remove mine because it only takes a few minutes to do it, and would rather it sit in the heated basement of the house. Secondly they say that trailers that are in storage, if thieves break into them, all they usually take are the tv's. So for the 5 min it takes me to remove it, that's reason enough to do it.

X2. For the small of time it takes me to remove our 2 tv's it's worth the peace of mind.

I gave this some thought and because I just blow out my Water and keep the unit plugged in with a small heater on thermostat, just to keep the unit above freezing during its South Carolina outside winter storage,I didn't necessarily want my appliances powered.
I unplugged TVs and microwave so no power going to these units while it sits most of the winter

The house already has 6 TVs and the 2860 has 3
I don't even know where I would put them. in fact if I had one more TV , I would need a place to store it, so I would probably put it in my RV for the winter,LOL
I hardly even watch it.

That's why I bring mine in, because it's in a storage lot, not because it gets cold. Heck, it's stored at home in cold storage, but at least it's more secure than in the lot.

The 3 in my coach stay in but it is inside storage in a safe spot. There was no problems with them after the record cold in Indiana last year.

I have this one Dynex led monitor (Future Shop brand) that has been in our trailers since 2005. The only time this monitor has seen the outside is when I bought a new trailer.
Our winters are from Oct/Nov to Apr/May with -30's celsius. I would like to replace it but why, the thing works great, its just old.
Our crusader came with a bigger monitor, we leave it the trailer, works fine come spring.
