Laundry Hamper in bathroom

Not sure if this is aftermarket or original but our Sunseeker 3170DS has a hamper that fits in the cabinet in the bathroom. It's a normal laundry bag with a velcro border around the top to hold it in the cabinet.

Very handy. We were wondering if anyone would know how one might get another bag that would fit this so that we can rotate the bags.

This kind of thing would be pretty easy to fabricate, but thought we'd ask here first.

Thanks,

-Tim

How about a picture? Haven't seen anything like what you're referring to.

I have several folding net hampers that I sort laundry from the large hamper. Makes going to the laundromat easier.

Unless they have changed the hinge on the cabinet door since mine was built, its a pain in the a** to get the full bag out, I removed the hinge and just use a regular hamper.

The thing is, when it's full, you can't get the bag out. So I have cloth hampers that I move the clothes into and leave the mesh on in the cabinet.

Any possibility of making a cut-out in the cabinet floor and accessing the filled hamper from an exterior compartment door?

it original, ours came with it. I'm sure the RV dealership can order another bag.

My wife loves the bag and it works fine for us.

We removed the mesh bag and have a square laundry basket that fits in perfectly. Remove the cord that holds the door half way open put a hook on the end of it and an "eye" screw in the door and you can open the door all the way. Easy access. Use the bag or basket to haul laundry.

I just looked at the photo, ours is a Forrester and may be different!!!

We removed the netting and hinge in our Forester 3051S and use the space for storing fan, space heater, etc. Use cloth laundry bags instead. In this particular floor plan, it would have been handy to have a laundry chute under the right-side closet in the bedroom.
