Leak

Rainwater leaks in somewhere above the refrigerator on my 2015 3050s. Wet above the removable outside door. Calking looks good around refer. top vent. I am going to add silicone around refer. door frame, but looks good now. I am at a loss. 60 miles to dealer with 30 day backlog of service bookings.

Wood on the front of cabinet has swelled and floor tile has come loose.

Its worth the trip as you need a new cabinet anyway. Time goes by quick with a 1 yr warranty

Leak

I used a mirror and flashlight and find no water running down inside wood of fiberglass outside wall. The flange around the removable door is 1/2" flat plastic. Water was standing on top of this flange. I find no way water can get above this door unless it runs down the inside of the wall. Everything looks good on the roof.

Did they caulk the 4 holes on the roof cap where the screws secure it..to the actual vent...

Might be the drain for the fridge? Do you see the hose just inside of the outside cover on the side?

I found a problem with this hose the first week. I extended the hose to the bottom so it drained outside. Screw holes are sealed at the top as well as everything I look at looks sealed. But I still have the leak when it rains.

You have taken a very good look at the roof .. No cuts in membrane ? Checked around all vents and skylights.. Im sure you already know this.. But want to point it out..water flows to point of least resistance.. So the leak can be somewhere else and just flow under the membrane until it finds a opening... Can you reproduce the leak by placing a hose or sprinkler on roof?? You could pressurize that cabinet with a leafy blower or shop vac and get up on the roof with some sudsy car soap...

Leak

I recalked above the refer. access door. The factory calking looked good. Had a 3" rain this weekend and no more leaks. Guess the factory calk was not stuck good to the fiberglass wall.
