leaning to the right, HELP

HELP, My 2011 Sunseeker 33' long is leaning to the right. On the front it is the same height from the ground to fenderwell. On the back it is 1-3/4" lower on the Right fenderwell that the Left.
I can not see anything that looks out of place. Could it be the body that is out? or could it be the shocks are bad? and if so what can I replace them with?

crawl under and look for a cracked main leaf spring. On my class A it also leaned to the right I had the rear spring re-arched (no broken leafs) and added a spring to bring it to level and never had the problem again. Ride was not affected.

I think there are 5 or 6 stacked up, so what would I be looking for?

Look for a crack in the spring leaf it may not be easy to find but take your time and look at each leaf. While you are there measure the difference from the shackle ends to the ground and compare to the other side. It may be the spring is just getting weak. If you decide to have it re-arched the spring shop will give you specifics of where to measure.

The right spring should look just like the left spring. Get on flat level ground and take some measurements.

No air bags, and the springs look the same. What, how and where do I measure?

Have you checked the weight on each side of the rear? Easy to get uneven side-to-side. May come that way from the factory - you may have to compensate by how you load it up.

Last year, our brand new TT started to lean after the 25 miles to tow it home. As it turns out, one of the springs had already "collapsed" by losing its arch. Both springs were eventually replaced under warranty. It happens.

Find a spring shop that re-arches or makes springs and have them take a look at it. It may be as simple as adding a leaf or it may require re-arching. If you are near Idaho I would recommend Boise Spring.

I am not sure what you are saying regarding fender well. I am assuming you are talking about the plastic that goes around the wheel opening on the trailer? If so you are saying that both left wheel openings and the right front all are the same but the right rear is lower?

Ok Lets assume that your load is not severly imbalanced, you have no cracked leafs, and this sagging issue is recent. Based on what you wrote, crawling around and taking measurements is not going to tell you anything that you can fix. Even if you have the KSA’s to replace a leaf spring, you are still going to have to visit a truck shop to get it alligned properly. So my suggestion is that you find a reputable truck spring and axle shop and take it in for a look see. If budget is a factor and nothing is broken, you might be able to bandaid the problem with helwig proportional helper springs or a set of airbags. I’m not advocating the use of bandaids. YMMV

Check your springs. At about 7,000 miles and 3 years, I had to replace the springs on my Wildwood. Something that, since 1974, I have never done.

CWW, you have a coach that is very much like my own, although mine is a 2014...the problem is exactly the same. After sliding under and examining the springs and mountings, everything looked to be perfect. As I recall, there are 8 leaves, 3" wide.

So, I had the RV weighed, separately for each wheel. There was a decided weight bias to the right. With full water, gas and LP tanks, and our usual load of "stuff" there was a weight bias to the right of 250 pounds in the front and 550 in the rear. Using this information, I bought and installed a Hellwig overload spring kit, and adjusted the springs to make the coach sit level. When it was again weighed, all four wheels were again weighed, and the rear axle was within less than 100 pounds left to right, and the front about 60 pounds. The unit is equipped with the Firestone air bags, by the way, and even with 70 pounds in the right and 10 in the left, it still leaned. I did install the Firestone compressor and solenoid valves to adjust the air pressure. Part of this job was installing a double needle air gauge in the dash, just to keep track.

I would recommend the spring solution over just air bags any day. There are a lot of options to choose from, but this one seemed to be the best for our application. Just remember to take the time to put your coach in "ready to go" mode before weighing it.

No one has mentioned it yet. Shock absorbers are to dampen the bumps. They do nothing for lift/support. If you don't have air bags, it is either a spring or load imbalance or both.

The next questions are:
Are you measuring on an absolutely flat surface?
Can you visually see the camper leaning?

Check the distance from each frame rail to the ground at a corresponding location when it's on a level surface.

I just got the right side leaf spring re-arced and one leaf added. also all new Bilstein shocks installed. Now I need a front end alinement as it pulls to the right a little.
