Leveling jacks

On my 3050S only one leveling foot came down on the back. As a result the one jack that was down bent away from the frame. It looks like the frame actually bent away. Of course now it comes down screwed to one side. Any suggestions? Click image for larger version

It appears that along side with your jack that failed, you have bent frame mount and broken jack mount. Also noted is significant corrosion. You need a full shop to fix that and I suggest you stop using it as it could cause the chassis frame to twist. YMMV
