Looks like I'm joining the Sunseeker Ranks

I've got to quit letting the DW roam the RV lot when I take my unit in for service. 2 1/2 years ago we went from a 23SS Roo to our current Flagstaff 27BESS.., just because I had problems with the a/c on the Roo.... and now we're picking up a 3010DS on Tuesday! And I haven't even tried out the 4" lift we just had done to the Flagstaff! The only thing she said was, "I'm just looking." Yeah, right!

Yep, the 3010DS has the floorplan the DW loved.... and that HUGE refrigerator...... that pretty much sealed it. And the deal we got at Keystone RV in Greencastle, PA.... I've had nothing but good luck with those people.

Of course, pictures will follow, once we pick up the MH.

I know the feeling. My DW and I went to the RV show looking for new TV antenna for 08 Tioga. Before I knew what was going on she was buying a new 3010ds. She tells me we are not going to the motorcycle show.

She's a good woman and I live by 2 sayings...

#1 - Whatever she wants, she gets.
#2 - If Momma ain't happy, ain't no one happy.

So right about keeping the DW happy. A year and a half ago we went shopping for a TT. Saw some we liked giving the salesman an idea of what we were looking for. He then used the common line, "I have one more thing to show you." a Sunseeker 2860 DS. When the wife got in it, it was all over but the mortgage! But got to admit, they were right. Small enough to go anywhere. I especially like the set-up, especially when I watch guys with a TT coming in. I found a small Kia for a toad and all is well.

Happy RVing ahead

We love our 317ODS. Just wish we could use it more often. We are heading for Texas beaches in May and I cannot hardly wait

Hey, Thanks!
You brought up a good subject - the PDI. Now, I've gone through a couple already over the past 8 or so years, with this particular dealer giving the best when we bought the Flagstaff.

What in particular do we really need to pay attention to that is different on a MH than a TT?

Just check everything that moves or should move, turns off/on, fit/finish, opens/closes, check your water filter, hot water system, water pump, wheel torque, air pressures of all tires & if it has air bags - make sure the schrader valves work properly & system is aired up 45-50 lb to start, adjust w/experience..

Welcome to the Crazy Classy C's . . see ya at Goshen!

Good to know on the air bags. I do believe I saw some valves when I was looking in all the bays.

Unfortunately, Goshen is probably a couple years down the road. While I retired from one profession, I'm putting in time (It's not work by ANY stretch of the imagination) and don't have a lot of vacation time. Down the road, maybe. But, I am looking forward to going some day.

Picked up April 19th!

On the way back from a little work training, we stopped by and picked up our 2017 3010DS. Drove it the 65 or so miles home and immediately started to put in ALL the stuff we took out of the Flagstaff.

As I was backing the Sunseeker into our driveway, DW told me to look across the street at the neighbor's window..... here our neighbor was, watching me. When he saw us looking at him, he gave us the . Nice to see the neighbor approves!

gratz on the new. I understand keeping the DW happy. thats how we ended up with our Silverback last year. we were starting to look for a new unit and stopped by the local dealer to take a look at a couple models. DW walked into the 33IK and looked at me and told me FU. She was figuring out how to work the budget to get it then and there. So she is happy and my life is easier for it.
