I found this on google.
Might have to do a little shopping on E bay or amazon to find the correct replacement.
Hope this helps

ok i just chased all the gas lines on this rv, i have not found what would be considerd the shut off valve, there are 2 ele valves one at the ele hot water heater, an one at the refridgerator, the control head says cci controls 7719 with a shut off valve, there is only two wires connected to the detector, woulndnt the valve be in the supply line that feeds all the appliances?

Little clarification needed. You say everything works as it should except LP detector. Are propane appliances are working properly . The CO/Propane detector is powered by 12V from the battery ( requires two wires). If the shut off function is used, it will require additional wiring to the relay. CO/Propane detectors usually are good for 5-7 years. As this is a 2003 it is likely it was replaced. It may have been connected improperly or a remote shutoff unit used to replace one that did not have a remote shut off . The shut off valve should be close to the tanks/regulator.

Check if it's past its service life. Those have a life to them and it wouldn't last 13 years. There should be an alarm that identifies past end of life - unless it's totally dead now.

lp gas detector not working

This thread may help. I'm not vouching for the solution noted here - I don't know either way.

http://www.forestriverforums.com/for...ane-38736.html

It's noted there that the service life is five years. So that might be the primary issue.

yes sir, all appliances work properly, and all the wires from the detector are connected to only 2 wires, a black and a white, there is a date of 2008 on the back of the detector, common sence would tell me the shut off valve would have to be in the main supply line from the tank, but then you never know with some of the manufactors!

Have done one and it worked fine.

That would be 7-8 years old, 2-3 years past expiration of its end of life.

LOW battery power kills the LP detector. Since my trailer has a battery drain. I pull the fuse on the LP detector during winter storage. This MAY have happened to you. I had to replace mine.
