I just had all 6 tires changed for my 2013 RV (2012 Ford F-450). Michelin requires these tires to be changed by an authorized Michelin Dealer. If you call your Ford Dealership they most likely are not an authorized Michelin Dealer. Call Michelin (the toll free number was include in the literature you received) and give them your Zip Code to have them provide you a list of authorized Michelin Dealers in your area.

Also note that the DOT Date Code is only located on one side of the tires...luckily enough on the rear duels the code was on the inside facing each tire so it was impossible to read. The tire had to be removed by the dealer to get the code.

I just had mine changed...been waiting since the mailing of the recall for the tires to become available. Tires installed are the MS2 version of the tire as required by Michelin.

Good luck.
