Microwave bouncing around, screws fell out

We noticed one side was inset a little. Pulled off the faceplate to see what eas going on. (During install, the microwave is screwed to the faceplate and then the faceplate is screwed to the cabinet) We found two screws on the forward side missing and the two on the aft side loose and about to fall out. All secure now, but passing this on to you in case you want to check yours.

The bottom two screws worked their way out last summer while on a trip so I put two slightly larger screws in. Now the bottom right one is loose again. It is apparently putting enough pressure on the screws to tear out the holes. I think I can go a little larger on the screw again but if it tears out I will be left with a large hole and no way to fix it. Haven't come up with a fix yet. Let me know what works for you.

3m VHB tape under the bracket fixed this. The screws are now secondary.
