Missing Seal?

New to the RV community - just purchased a 2016 Sunseeker 3100SS. Was putting things away and acquainting ourselves with the motor home and noticed daylight/ground visible behind each seat - out board behind doors. I would imagine it is where box is attached to truck frame. I can put my finger through the space. It looks like a gasket or some sort of seal was not installed. I am sure this will leak. Anyone seen this, or offer any explanation? I am fairly close to my dealer, just far enough that it is a inconvenience to take it back.
Thanks!

Please post a picture, that certainly doesn't sound normal.

Missing Seal

Took it back to dealer. They said it was where the box and ford chassis were put together and was supposed to have sealant in that seam. The took care of it. It appears to be filed now. Thanks for your comeback.
