Ok I'm looking at getting a 3170DS but you guys are scaring me!!
We had a Jayco TT for 3 years which was pretty trouble free. Just luck of the draw or do you guys really think there could be build issues?

Thanks!

I am very happy with ours and have no regrets except, work takes away from camp time. If you read the blogs, it is a place to air problems. For me the problems have been minor that I took care of myself. Based on my limited experience with the C, I came from TT's, I would by again. Hope this helps.

I enjoy my outdoor TV at night under the large patio awning. Who wants to spend their evenings inside in great weather. But, I spend months in the mountains in my RV during the summer. BTW...you can even watch TV when it is raining!

Car seats. 2 in the dinette facing forward and one on the couch secured with lap belt. I do not use an outdoor TV so I can not comment.

I would love an outside tv especially for saturday afternoons in the fall. One thing to consider is where you store the unit. If you are in a storage lot type of place, that might be a little too inviting to thieves.
