My pet peeve
My pet peeve is the latches on the sliding drawers, I think I had to repair or replace all of them on our 2300. And on our first trip in our new 2700DS I had to reinstall the latch on the drawer under the range. There seems to be two problems, improper installation, they are screwed into the edge of the plywood and just get knocked loose. And on the large drawers the latch springs are too light to hold the drawer shut. They can be difficult to install because the screw heads a too large and interfere with the latch body.

Let me add... the black water spray hook up cannot be used with the sewer bay door open. Really, could not have moved it two feet (in any direction)? I would have paid FR an extra 20 bucks for the 35 cents of pex needed.......
120v power in bay, fixed.
stinkyslinky holder, fixed.
storage under dinnette, fixed.
water facuet in bay, fixed. (to rinse toad with coach water)
Light on interior step, fixed.
Space for a beverage cosie between the cooktop and the refig...... gerrrrrr

Mike968,
I have already purchased the heavier latches, according to my dealer they come standard on Winnebago.

I dumped this morning and went to hook up the hose to the black tank flush. You're right, the lid for the compartment can't be latched. Somebody wasn't thinking when they designed it.
Do you guys use a pressure regulator dedicated just for that hose with another back flow preventer? That's how I have mine set up. Overkill? We have 120psi at home and I don't want to blow out the line or the flusher head.

120 PSI. dear lord you need a regulator or a new gauge. 60 is a lot. Most water municipalities provide a regulator at the water source if it is that much.

We are at the north end of Los Angeles a mile from the pumping plant. PSI ranges from 90-120psi. Had a few house water pressure regulators blow. The house pressure reduced is 65psi but the sprinklers and where I have my hookups for the MH is full city pressure. That's why I use the regulator.

I swapped all the hinges for self closers and installed Phlip-It latches. Factory catches aer removed... are not in the way and the doors aren't going to open and let stuff fall out when moving.

I built a small "water world" against the back wall of the back storage area (pics are in my album). I just split the incoming water line in half and added a male and female connector inside of the black shower pan. This creation lets me control the pressure via a watts reg, run the water thur a blue filter, feed the ice maker in the bay, and gives me a faucet to power the black flush or wash the toad. Since it is down line from the fresh water check value the added bonus is that I can also use coach tank water for clean up.
I got a spin on valterra anti siphon on the flush hose....weird but it works...

For the black water and freshwater hook ups, get right angle inlets, paste a white plastic hook from a hardware store on the side of the motorhome above the open door, and get a loop of rope to hold the door up when the hoses are hooked up. It works fine.

X2 on the black water flusher connection location. First FR put it on the passenger side (dumb) then moved it to behind the door (just as dumb). My 2012 had it on the passenger side so I re-piped it to the divider wall in the sewer dump compartment along with adding a gray tank flusher.
