My Results of a SealTech Test
I have a 2014 3170 Sunseeker, purchased new. I have things checked out at a shop every year before hitting the road. I have been having a small, not bad moisture problem in the bedroom slide, very rear Hangup closet. Spoke to the tech and he suggested a sealtech test. I am posting this for information for you guys to enjoy.
For everyone's info, my roof passed with no leaks. Rear slide leaks will be looked at as well as the seem side seal between the front cap and the side. The rest I will fix or take a wait and see as I currently have no issues.
Now, I have tried to keep up with things, roof caulking, clearance lights, etc.
The charge for the test was $215.00.
Enjoy the pictures. 2nd post is necessary for more pictures.

I think that for the amount of time required to do this job correctly and for the problems it can solve, it is well worth $215.00. I’m not saying I wouldn’t rather pay $95.00 for it, but I wouldn’t gripe about paying $215.00.

Although it is hard to see, most of the pictures show a large soap bubble where I presume that air is escaping...
my question is, did any of these air leaks cause a water intrusion and did they get sealed?

Yes, the large soap bubbles are potential leaks. As stated, there was a little water/condensation in the bedroom slide rear closet so we are getting the slide resealed. Still not sure if it was just condensation.
The over cap side seals will be removed and resealed. I am probably one of the few who has not eternal bond the over cap. No other leaks but the lights, vents, door window, I will reseal. The other front slide and Windows, I will take a wait and see.
Actually, when they offered, I was thinking roof but no roof leaks.

Leak of weep holes into coach
We have a leak on our sofa slide through the weep holes on the bottom of our slide into the coach. We sealed the weep holes and now going through the track into the coach.
We have taken to dealership 3 times for the same leak and each time they check the seals on the side of slide and condition but it is still leaking. There are no weep holes on top of slide and don't know where the water is coming from. Why would they put weep holes under a slide that comes into the coach anyway? Anyone have any suggestions?

Interesting, mine was $275 but it included sealing all 17 leaks. My only regret is that I didn’t have it tested years ago.

I had it done at Tonys RV in Lexington, SC. Tonys is a collision repair center. They sell on consignment and store RV's.

I had a small leak I could not locate. On my last service visit, I was discussing it and they recommended a sealtec test. I knew what it was but, I did not know they did them. The leak was a vertical seam on the slide and not the roof. After last nights big rain, all dry.

Since you hav no info on what area you're at, in your profile, simply go to Sealtec's website for locations.
