New 3170ds

I have a couple of questions about my new 3170ds. First my owners manual says to submit a registration card within 10 days, however there was neither one provided by my dealer. Second, my range hood stopped working and I have no manufacturers informaiton sheet for the range hood (unlike the other appliances). I'm assuming it is something I may be able to fix myself, however I would like to contact the manufacturer in case it is a fan gone.

Hoping for some direction for these. Thanks.

My range fan stopped working after a few minutes into its first use. I took it to a local RV Repair place that was approved by Forest River to have it fixed.

registration gets handled by the dealer.
