Most do have inner steel wheels no plastic spacer what for? the front wheels are against the steel brake rotor are they not?

You would buy four, two fronts and 2 rears. Unless you are just getting chromes steel wheels the fronts and rears are different with alloy wheels. I had a Ford dually with factory alloy wheels and they were not interchangeable front to rear and the inner duals were steel. I think I could have swapped the fronts and the rears physically but they were not shinny or smooth on both sides so they would not look good. Ebay has a good selection of dually wheels. I have been seriously contemplating getting a set of Moto Metal MO963s in black. Great look with my painted body and price IMO.
