It looks like the bed will hit the bathroom when the slide is retracted. Does the bed fold up or something ???

I guess that prevents a quick nap on the road.

That solves the "making the bed" problem. I suspect some of the outside storage is lost? I am not a fan of slides due to the many problems plus weight. The WW has gotten use to the "making the bed" by not making the bed. LOL!!

I'm 5'-11" and I was curious about the nap thing so I tested it out. Laying diagonally it will certainly work in a pinch, if you don't want to take the slide out. If you want the fixed bed, no slides...that's the 2300 Floor Plan

Yes, we have a 2010 2300 with the "old style" dinette. Only the 2 of us so that version works best and the larger wardrobe is handy. Anyone know if the wall on the bed side of the refer is equipped to handle the optional TV when the unit was not factory equipped with one? Support, electric? cable?

I have a 2300 and would also like to know what is required to mount a tv or to mount a shelf that could hold a tv. Are there studs? How long can the screws be without hitting the fridge?

When we first started building the 2300 there was no option for a TV. Once we started the option, we put in backer, 110v, 12v and coax. If you have a 110v outlet, & coax/12V plate, there should be backer there. As for screws, nothing more than 1" to be safe.

Other than the partial walk around bed, I don't see any improvement over the non slide floorplans. There also appears to be a tradeoff in wardrobe space and the important nap space when waiting for ferries et cetera.
