Not the good type of camping

My wife's mother is in the hospital as we speak dying from ALS. We have had to be up here at the hospital for the past week to assist her with everything and listen to doctors. Luckily instead of having to drive all the way home every day we have just set up camp in the hospital parking lot. So my wife can help her mother at any point when she needs her. Never thought we would use the camper in this fashion but it sure has come in handy

It is good that the hospital can accommodate you like this. I work at a hospital and I saw a motorhome a couple of months ago camped out for several weeks.

Yes security was very nice. They cleared me to stay and waived any parking fees

On a positive note , This wiill be a good time to really test how long the house batteries can last.

Our prayers are with you and your family.

Just a side note, our small local hospital has 4 parking spots behind the hospital with electricity and water. I've been told they charge $10.00 a night.

Sorry I didn't read this thread sooner. Prayers with you. And now you know an advantage to a motorhome.
