Outside cable hookup not working

When I hook up to the outside cable connection it is not connecting to the tv. If I run the cable directly to the tv it works fine so I'm pretty sure there is a problem from the outside hook-up? Has anyone had a problem like this? I tried doing a search but couldn't find anything. I have a 2014 Sunseeker 2650ts. Thanks

Do you know if your unit has a signal splitter?

Uh, NO. The booster must be off for the cable connection to work. The booster switch actually switches which input goes to the TV. With the booster switch turned ON the antenna signal goes to the TV. With the booster switch OFF the cable input on the side of the trailers goes to the TV.

But, some trailers including mine have had the outside input for the cable switched at manufacturing with the AUX input that brings a satellite dish signal into the trailer. If you turn off the booster and the cable input still doesn't work, try the AUX input.

On my unit I have a cable" in" on the driver side and a cable "out" on the passenger side of the trailer, something to check.
