Playing "Over the Air" TV audio through surround sound

This is the same on Sunseeker, Forester, Lexington and Solera. I'll only post it here, but hope that people do a search.

I have done a video already on the Magnadyne.

However, for the retail sales guys (and those without Facebook), I have done a hard copy on the new Jensen system. Really not much different other than the radio screen.

This is a monthly flyer that we started doing for retail sales people on commonly asked questions, concerns, comments...or anything else they seem to get wrong.

Thanks for the info on the TV sound, If you ever decide to leave FR you could start to do you-tube videos

That takes all the fun out of hunting through menus and manuals trying to figure it out on your own.

I didn't know about that FB page. Liked!

I don't do Facebook. Since I have a Jensen, I'm glad to see the PDF. Thanks!

Although, I guess this means I have to try to force 3 more wires through that pass-through hole in the cabinet. The CATV cables inside the wall are always fighting my efforts to put stuff through the hole. We installed our own TV instead of getting the factory one, plus DISH with DVR, so I've had to wire it myself. And I have a LOT of wires going through that hole.

When parked for the night at a rv park what powers the jensen radio when using it for the surround system with TV?

The house batteries. Its wired through a relay. Runs off the engine battery when driving, house batteries when the key is out.

This exact issue Drives me mad in my current Winnebago. And sadly there is no good way around using the tv speakers for OTA programming in that unit. Yet another check mark in the Gotta get my Forester soon column.

These are the "little" things that are built into a FR product that no one tells you about. It is incredible how well thought out the little details are. Truly a high quality product.
