Power cord will not fit through hole

On my 2013 I can not get the power cord through the cutout. The cut out hole is 3 1/4". I can't find a bigger one with the same flip top notched out for the cord. Am I missing something obvious here? Is this the power cord that came from the factory?

Very doubtful as most factory ones don't come with replaceable ends.

I've never seen a OEM cord with the u-shaped handle molded into the plug. My recommendation is to cut the u-shaped handle off, smooth it out where you made the cut and it will fit through the hole. The u-shaped handle may be "handy" (pun intended) but certainly not a must have.

Get a rectangular door like for jack switches and modify it.

That's a CAMCO connector someone has installed on the cable. You could replace the connector or as suggested, cut the grip off or replace the feed through with the 5 inch kind that has the removable hatch cover (that's what my unit has). You'll figure it out.

I had my dremel out modifying my rhinoflex and wanted to check in before I went too crazy with it. I found 5" and 6" screw in deck plates like the one for the sewer hose hole. I think I am going to order one off eBay for $5 instead of cutting the handle off.

I would go to Home Depot or Lowe's, look at their PVC pipe fittings. Select one your plug will pass through. A 4" flange with a threaded female fitting
glued to it would fit the bill. Purchase a 4" male PVC threaded plug to screw into it. Modify the plug with a 3 1/2" nylon boat cleat so it will act as a handle
to make it easy to remove the plug. This should work for your pass through. Use a towel or piece of sponge to stuff around the cable to keep critters
out.
