Power for Bunk TV

Does anyone know where the power is for the TV that is on the wall across from the bunks?

I was planning on splitting the 12V plug and running the TV off one and a Wii off the other with a small converter. I see the power cable going into the wall behind the tv but then it disappears. Took off the little panel hiding all the cables from the DVD player but still no luck. We want to run the Wii driving down the road.

Thanks!

I cut the tv power behind that little hatch and spliced one of these in. http://www.amazon.com/Rocketek%C2%AE.../dp/B00HHT9FL2. I mounted it in the cabinet.

It is back behind that panel with all the radio/DVD wires. Just keep looking (white wire with blue strip). I spliced into ours and installed a 12v accessory outlet in the lower cabinet next to the Aux video input.

Bought a spare Wii power adapter from Amazon and IR sensor for TV. Cut the power adapter cord after the transformer box (Wii runs off 12v) and spliced in a 12v accessory plug in.

Ill look for pictures. We did the small inverter for a couple trips until I purchased all the extra parts. Kids are completely responsible now for Wii setup. All they have to grab is the Wii, controllers, and games.

Here is the pictures. I was wrong the white&red cord powers the TV, the white&gray powers the stereo. I tapped into the stereo feed because it was easier.

Good plan!
Now everyone gets to listen to Super Mario while they shower.

I did something similar with the power for a Western Digital Live box. Did away with the 120 volt wall pack end and just added a 12 volt accessory plug.

Now if I could just figure out how to run a PS3 off of 12 volts.
