Having some troubles on the 12v side. I put in brand new deep cycles last October and left them plugged in over the winter. They seem to work but never seem to read what might be considered a good voltage.
Batteries read 12.3 or so volts and do not seem to charge at all from the AC. When I run the truck engine I see a 13.5v charge. Overnight they can get below 12v.
Not sure if it is related but when I turn off the master DC switch with power connected there are repeated clicking noises.
It seems like the converter is just not charging and / or has some issues.
Man we are struggling first night in silverback 29re. We are plugged into 50amp but my led lights are dim and getting dimmer. The inverter or converter won't turn on...the leveling menu shows low voltage??? Now even the ac is making strange noises so I turned off the breakers???? Will be calling dealer first thing in the morning! Any other thoughts from the forum members.... Thx for your help.
Hate to be Mr.obvious but you check the water levels?
If you had the unit plugged in you can easily cook the water out
I had a completely dry cell last month and that was my charging problem

Well, I guess that would be a great place to start checking. I thought the charge controller would be applying a float voltage and backing off to avoid overcharging. I will pick up some distilled water and have a look-see. Thanks.
