Problem with Jensen VM9726bt GPS

I have Jensen vm9726bt GPS in 2015 Forest River Sunseeker that shuts off after traveling for an hour or so. It shuts radio off too. I can get the radio to come back on by shutting it off and turning it back on, but the GPS will not come back on. After stopping for the night it will work again for awhile the next day but shuts off again. Also speed limit info gets stuck on 50 miles per hour. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix.

My speed limit never displays over 50 mph. Please contact the factory, I have contacted them the more the better.

I called Jensen and they had me remove the mini SD card in the upper right hand corner of radio. I took it out and put it back in and the navigation (GPS) is now working. I haven't had it out on the road yet but at least it is turning on.
