Propane adapter

Is it possible/safe to add a 'Y' adapter to the propane outlet so I can run 2 grills at a time on the 2013 2830DS?

Yes it is possible.

Go to the local rv shop and get the right fittings.

Certainly. Any good RV shop or propane supplier should have, or can get the necessary fittings.
