Question about Water Lines

I recently bought a used 2007 Sunseeker 3100 and it has a pair of plugged off water tubes extending down about a foot through the floor in front of the battery box. I have not been able to trace their routing. Can anyone suggest what they are for?

They are drains for the cold and hot water lines.

I wish mine were that easy to get to. Mine are between the axles to which I can't slither under unless I jack up one side.

Question about Water Lines

As a note
I added shut off valve to the hot line where it lives in my water pump compartment
I hit road debris once and the cap was knocked off the hot drain line and there was no way to stop it from draining without a spare cap
The cold already had a shutoff valve

Dea49,

Reroute those critters. Lowes has the pex line, connectors, crimper, and cut off valves. Takes longer to replace the foam (bug deterrent type, at ya.. lowes) the way you want it then to fix the problem. I did not want my water subject to plastic cut offs exposed to the under belly, if they crack or fail you will be back to tent camping where water is concerned, for in take and discharge if you get my meaning.

I dont take a knee for nothing or nobody but the the big guy... if I crawl under the coach it is to fix something.. take a look at my albums..
