Questions about 2012 Sunseeker 2300

Can anyone tell me where the 39 gallon fresh water tank is located on the 2012 Sunseeker 2300?

Also is this built on a E450 or an E350? If only the E350, what will the GVWR and GCWR be revised down to? Also what is this about changing the size of the tanks versus the brochure -- what is the truth?

Thanks

The fresh water tank is located under the bed. Haven't filled it yet to verify capacity (only had it 5 days).

Mine is built on the Chevy 4500 chassis.

1. Do you mean gray tank? The fresh water is a 44 gallon tank installed under the bed. The gray and black tanks are now 39 gallons each, mounted in a roto-cast compartment just below the floor, you can see them from the dump valve compartment.

2. It is built on an E350 standard. But we have had some dealers buy them on an E450 (rare). The GVWR on the E350 is 12,300 (See attached comparisons)

3. I think what you may be referring to is one floor plan (2860) 2 years ago had a large gray tank. We standardized all our tanks to one size and that one got reduced to a 30 gallon tank. Customer saw one model year, placed a factory order and ended up getting the next model year. Bad timing. We try to keep the brochures as accurate as possible. Are you buying off a dealer lot? Used? or factory order?
