Is this a new unit? I have had lots of problems with my cameras on my 2015. The control box was bad and the monitor was bad. Both replaced under warranty. Then the also replaced whatever it is that the rear cameras plug into in the back. Took a lot of testing and parts but all is good now.

My rear camera never worked and the side cameras worked intermittently. The cameras themselves were all fine😃

I have a 3170. So far in 3 trips the rear camera has worked great, it is the side view cameras I am having trouble with. Seems like about a half hour into the trip they fog up internally. Pretty much useless the rest of the trip. Have an appointment to have it checked out next weekend.

I have a 2015 3170 that's does the same thing. I always blamed it on the fact we are next to the ocean. It's Wierd. For use no matter what the weather, they fog up 30 min. Into trip.

Check the ground under the steering column. Mine was wrapped around a bolt but not attached. Lasted the first 50 miles before I had to Chase the problem.

Funny how some cameras have problems and some do not. No issue with mine except that once in a blue moon, the backup strips and microphone will come on while driving down I95. First time i thought i had a big rig in the bedroom.
No fog problems. Gets dirty but wipes right off.

Lets just say I have a simular background in my second life, now on my third .. I would call it a varaince of production standards. Innovated ideas, attention to servicability, reasonable design standards (fit allowance between mating parts for assembly), but a tad short in consistency from the industrail engineering, production, or quality departments. Bet those dept head meetings are intersting where customer service makes their report ....

Don't get me wrong for what I have invested I am happy... There is nothing they built that I can not fix...

My rear works great. Been having problems with right turn signal camera. Works first time I use it then either is a pink screen or believe it or not a SAVED picture?? One time on hwy turned on signal & it was a picture of a driveway & mailbox. Very strange!
