Replacing Dinette Table

I would like to replace my 2011 Sunseeker 2300 dinette table. It attaches from the side, sliding up and down. I want to mount the table to the floor with one or two flange pedestal supports.
How thick is the coach floor in the dinette area? Do any wires pass through this area under the floor? What is the max screw length that should be used?

Floor is 1 1/2" aluminum frame with 1/2" decking. No wires that I am aware of in the floor. Total floor is about 2".
