Nope, once we went to two batteries standard, we never looked back.

Nope. Just hook them up in parallel (+ to + and - to -).

I feel ripped off then,mine only had the one battery!! ( which I have already replaced with better battery ) Like I said, not hard to install another if needed, right now I can use the extra weight space for other things

You don't HAVE to do anything BUT it will take longer to charge 2 batteries than one with the same charger. That is NOT a problem but if you want it to go faster with dual 12v batts...you should sized the charger at somewhere around 50 amps. Minimum charger size for dual 12V batts is around 20amps which is prolly less than you have now.

All of our units have a 60 amp converter. We don'r have a small converter for single battery and larger for 2 batteries. Same converter for everything.
